Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Research organizations operating in different sectors to identify new leads
- Achieve sales targets and meet deadlines
- Research the needs of targeted companies/agencies
- Identify decision makers at targeted companies
- Dealing mainly with SME's
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Understand prospects business needs and work with the expert teams to develop solutions
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers
- Apply company’s project management standards in managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off
- Identify requirements for new services to anticipate and potentially lead the market
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Develop quotes and proposals
- Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person
- Provide regular feedback regarding marketplace and competitor activity
- Provide weekly sales targets reports to senior management

Requirements

- 3 years minimum experience in business banking or financial services
- Excellent knowledge of the commercial environment
- In-depth knowledge of the industry
- Solid communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to cope with conflicting demands and pressures
- Customer and results focused
- Ability to work flexibly and have a positive approach to change
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Fluency in Arabic would be considered advantageous
- Driving license required
