Job description / Role
The person fitting into this position would be responsible for managing all sales activities, including lead generation, implementation of marketing and sales plan, achievement of sales targets in alignment with long-term sales goals of the Business Unit.

• Basic Salary 60,000 AED Annually
• Upon Achieving Sales Target a Commission of AED 70,000 AED Annually
• Attractive Benefits Upon Surpassing Sales Target, with a potential to earn AED 100,000 and more on commission
Core Responsibilities:
• Promotes the business to new and existing clients and secure new and repeat business by networking.
• Visits prospective customer on a regular basis to take orders, confirm delivery details and stock levels
• Manages sales operations, regularly monitor day-to- day operations, including checks on prospective clients, and negotiations .
• Maintain all sales activity on the CRM program on a Daily basis.
• Provides customers with clarifications, answers queries, provides requested information and follows-up with customers
• Ensures all logistics related to sales, invoicing and delivery are in place.
• Ensures timely collection of receivables from clients.
• Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management from time to time
Requirements
• High School / Diploma – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• A minimum of 3 -5 years of relevant Sales experience
• Strong written and spoken English
• Interpersonal skills
The role holder should be capable of identifying potential customers, and ensuring they are in line with the strategy of the Business Unit.
The candidate would also be expected to cross-sell within the groups and other business unit whenever possible.
