Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You would be responsible for the developing revenue streams within the UAE and KSA by managing the entire sales for Governemnt, Semi Government and MNC Companies using your own client network across the region and building out a new pipeline across the region.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Senior Recruitment Sales Consultant, or Business Development Manager based in the UAE.

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients across Multiple industry sectors
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed your assigned quotas and revenue objectives Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Planning and preparing presentations, Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Writing reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 4 - 6 years of experience in business development (B2B) with contacts

Good business sense, deep understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, negotiation skills and plenty of initiative
