Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose of role:
To achieve targeted revenue, maximize business opportunities for the ongoing development and growth of sales across the business units in PVA.

Duties and responsibility of the role:

Develop and update collateral in conjunction with BU heads
• Sales decks
• Handout brochures
• Website and pages
• Blogs
• New product design and pricing
• Presentations

Recruit new business
• Identify and contact new businesses
• Make contact and sales; by telephoning, meeting or attending relevant exhibitions and events in order to contact potential clients
• Deal with incoming queries effectively and respond within 24 hours
• Prepare and plan day in order to make efficient use of sales time
• Cold call potential customers and generate sales leads
• Establish customer needs and sell products accordingly

Retain clients and build relationships
• Make regular contact with current clients for the first 3 months
• Up sell all PVA products to existing clients
• Work closely with BU heads on process and product improvement

Achieve targets
• Work to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales contracts
• Ensure billing is complete and follow up on payments

Create and follow sales process
• Create internal sales process and ensure that the same is followed
• Ensure that CRM is updated at all times

Requirements

• Target driven with a “can do” attitude
• IT and cloud savvy
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in business development and sales for professional services
• High level written and verbal English communication
• Should be adaptable and able to multi-task
• Team leader/ player
• Able to handle conflict and negotiation
• Able to influence the team and win customers
• Should be highly analytical in handling sales opportunities
