Job description / Role
• Herald Land Real Estate Brokers LLC has 2 vacancies for Business Development Executives.
• The role will be sourcing, managing an Agency Network within the GCC.
• You will be assigned a territory to work in which will be both local and within the GCC.
• The role will be mostly external to the office and will involve contacting (phone & face to face) Real Estate Companies and Investment Firms.

Requirements
The Desired Candidate must have:
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills. Bilingual candidates have an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Working Knowledge of Ms Office.
• Very good convincing skills & ability to seal the deal.
