Position Title: Business Development Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications (commission will be discuss upon interview)
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

The hiring company is a leading integrated marketing communications agency based in Dubai and is composed of more than 50 full-time seasoned professionals and the best network of consultants who can provide expertise to companies who are planning to penetrate or strengthen their presence in the Middle East market.

Job Role:
• Meet the set sales quota for the company’s PR, Marketing Communications and Corporate Publishing Division
• Win new clients or customers through various sales pitch methods such as cold-calling, visits to businesses, face-to-face/web meetings, emails and other direct marketing campaigns
• Build and execute a comprehensive and actionable sales plan
• Build a database of prospect clients
• Create and maintain good relationship with clients
• Attend conferences, exhibitions and other corporate events to look for new prospects and support existing client’s needs
• Endorse possible client to operation team for requirements and project implementation
• Monitor project progress to ensure client satisfaction
• Monitor contracts for renewal
• Upsell / cross-sell to existing clients

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s and training in sales is a plus
• At least 5 years in UAE and experience related to media industry
• Experience in selling marketing communication services such as PR and media relations, corporate publishing and advertising
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic speaker is a plus
• With valid UAE Driver’s license
