Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Contact and conduct initial discovery with customers via phone and email.
• Prospect via referrals, industry networking
• Provide superior customer service in a very competitive market.
• Arrange appointments with prospects and customers for the Sales team.
• Administering Companies Web Site and Social media pages.
• Prepare Quotes and solution proposal for Sales team.
• Undertake cross selling and up selling within existing customer database to further develop account potential.
• Prepare quotes and keep updating corporate CRM.
• Attend weekly Sales & Marketing meetings.
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly Sales Reports & KPIs
• Sales Forecasting and Budgeting

Reports to Key Accounts Manager

AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: as per UAE LAW


• 1-2 years of professional tele sales experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Logistics business is considered as a plus.
• Ability to effectively source lead.
• Ability to clearly present/pitch Company services over the phone and secure interest (in-person meeting).
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Clear and concise email, telephone, and face-to-face interaction
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required while knowledge of CRM systems is considered as a plus.
• Highly competitive, driven by revenue generation.

Language Skills
• Fluent English
• Arabic considered as a plus.
• Hindi, Farsi considered as a plus
