Job description / Role
A leading logistics company are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team to support their international expansion. The role will involve closing leads generated by the Sales Executives.
Duties to include:
- Understanding the requirements of customers
- Closing leads that have been generated by the Sales Executives
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales quotas
- Building solid relationships with customers
- Keeping the CRM system up to date
- Networking, conducting face-to-face meetings, sales calls, and any other activities that help to generate and close leads
- Create sales updates and reports and present regularly to management
Salary:
AED
9,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission
Requirements
- Candidates with logistics, ecommerce or aggregator experience is essential
- Bachelors degree educated
- Multi-tasking and attention to details
- Sales closing skills
- Customer service skills
- Self-motivation and drive
- A positive work ethic and a drive to meet goals and hit sales quote
- Problem-solving skills
