Having recently finalised new client contracts within global IT organisations, this corporate training provider is seeking candidates directly from the training sector to further develop these clients and provide business development and sales expertise across the GCC.

Joining a small and diverse team of Business Development Executives you will report into the Commercial Director and be responsible for the growth of the IT training sector in particular, alongside the core training functions of business, project and soft skills programmes. These are delivered by in house training specialists and the organisation offers both on line and classroom-based cohorts.
Your role as the Business Development Executive will be to continue to develop existing and new clients via your well-established network, making cold and warm calls, attending client meetings, identifying the training needs, providing solutions, negotiations and finally closing the contract. It is therefore essential that you are an excellent communicator in the English language. Arabic fluency is a distinct advantage as the organisation has a strong presence in the KSA market.

Requirements

You will be a skilled sales and business development professional, able to actively seek out opportunities and develop strong relationships to ensure you obtain repeat business and new clients through word-of-mouth referrals and your excellent reputation in the training sector market.

This is a very successful business with several additional locations in the Levant region and the UK. The Dubai team is a highly engaged and approachable workforce and you will be assisted by an administrative employee and work very closely with your line manager and the inhouse trainers. Highly collaborative and able to manage multiple clients at once, whilst maintaining a keen eye on your business pipeline, this organisation offers competitive commissions based on your sales revenue and an autonomous and flexible working culture. It is essential that you have a minimum of 4-5 years of training industry sales acumen and those with IT training knowledge and Arabic language fluency are exceptionally advantageous.
