Job description / Role
To market the Emirates products and services with a view to generate profitable sales using the telephone as a medium and incurring low costs at high returns. To focus on target audiences in the UAE comprising of all distinct market segments namely, travel agents, corporate sector, government bodies, social/ethnic organizations etc. with a view to increase Emirates? exposure and voice in the market.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Commercial/Sales
Other:
- 12 Years schooling or equivalent
- 4+ years experience within a recognised airline or travel agency, of which 3 years within reservations/call centre environment.
Knowledge/skills:
- Commercial/Sales.
- Knowledge of fare construction and ticketing with good knowledge of Computerised Reservation Systems (CRS) MARS/Galileo/Salesforce will be an added advantage.
- In depth knowledge of travel and world geography.
