We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to work in the field of Occupational Safety Consultancy to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and its services.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to continuously improve business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the UAE market.
- A UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
