Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in the advertising agency real estate sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base within the UAE. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the advertising agency real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster loyalty and trust.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored marketing strategies and solutions that meet client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the agency and generate leads.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for management review.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to strategically position the agency for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the advertising or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and advertising landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English
- MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENSE & OWN CAR
- Salary + Commissions
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Uncapped Commission
