Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus. This role requires a strong ability to generate leads, create and negotiate agreements, and achieve targets with a high level of motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Agreement Creation & Negotiation: Develop and finalize agreements with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Client Communication: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience:
• Proven track record in sales or business development roles, with a focus on lead generation and target achievement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and strategic planning.
• Experience in relationship management and partnership development.
• Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in sales industry
