Business Development Executive

Job description / Role

– Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food production industry.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including distributors, retailers, and foodservice providers.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
– Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.
– Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
– Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
– Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

– Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the food production or FMCG sector.
– Strong understanding of the food industry, supply chain, and market dynamics.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment.
– Freshers are accepted
