Business Development Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our interior fit out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth in the competitive UAE market.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior fit out sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the project and design teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility.

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the interior fit out or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and client business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory
