Business Development Executive

This opportunity is with a company into Finetch payments solutions based in UAE.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development person with experience or interest in payment gateways, digital payments, and fintech solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Business Development Executive – Payments & Fintech. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, communicating effectively with clients, and handling account management. The executive will also collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure alignment with the company’s goals.

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles –It is a must in fintech, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of APIs, payment flows, or fintech platforms.
• Research and identify potential clients in the payments and fintech ecosystem.
• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong abilities in Business and Account Management
• Effective Communication skills
• Proven track record in payments or fintech industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.

• Arabic Speaker preferred
