We're Hiring: Business Development Manager

Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving growth and motivating teams? We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and scale our Sales Team, manage agent relationships, and drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management – Oversee the entire Sales Team, providing direction, support, and accountability.
- Daily Operations Oversight – Ensure timely follow-ups and that monthly targets are consistently met.
- Agent Deal Support – Actively assist agents through the sales process to close transactions efficiently.
- New Agent Training – Onboard and train new agents for rapid integration and performance.
- Ongoing Development – Design and deliver continuous professional development sessions for all agents.
- Daily Motivation – Lead engaging daily meetings to energize and align the team.

Who You Are:
- A strong leader with previous experience of atleast 2 years in real estate sales
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent communicator and motivator
- Passionate about training and developing talent
- Skilled in managing sales pipelines and CRM tools

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
