Job Purpose
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist – Corporate Gifting to expand our corporate client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate gifting, branding strategies, and sales planning. This role requires a proactive professional with strong networking skills, a track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate events, trade shows, and networking in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve an annual revenue target of AED 4 million.
• Target corporate clients across industries such as hospitality, banking, government, and multinational companies.
• Prepare tailored proposals and deliver impactful sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitability.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Provide customized gifting solutions aligned with client branding and marketing strategies.
• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Product & Market Expertise
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and corporate gifting preferences.
• Collaborate with procurement and retail teams to source and curate premium gifting solutions.
Marketing & Strategy
• Work with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and execute promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation.
Sales Performance & Reporting
• Monitor and report sales performance, client interactions, and revenue progress using CRM tools.
• Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.

• Revenue Growth – Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
• Client Acquisition & Retention – Expand corporate client base and ensure repeat business.
• Product Expertise – Offer tailored gifting solutions based on industry trends.

• Deal Closure – Successfully negotiate and finalize contracts.
• Operational Coordination – Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and supplier management.
• Performance Tracking – Utilize data-driven insights to improve sales efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience
• 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in corporate gifting, retail, or luxury goods.
• Strong corporate network in the UAE and GCC markets.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus but not mandatory.

Technical Skills:
• Sales & Business Development – Lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
• Market & Product Knowledge – Understanding of corporate gifting trends and branding techniques (e.g., printing, engraving, embroidery).
• Negotiation & Contract Management – Pricing strategies, deal structuring, and contract execution.
• CRM & Data Management – Proficiency in CRM tools for sales tracking and performance reporting.
• Marketing & Branding – Experience in promotional campaigns and corporate brand positioning.
• Financial Acumen – Ability to forecast revenue, set targets, and manage budgets.
• Operational Coordination – Strong organizational skills for order fulfillment, logistics, and supplier coordination.
