Employment: Full Time

Business Development Executive Up To 10k Aed++ For A Leading Distribution & Logistics Company in UAE

• Responsible for the Growth of the Household division in line with the growth percentage and topline objectives set by management
• Design and implement clear business outreach plans to reach out and approach various retail, Horeca and other sector databases
• Secure and bring new accounts onboard as per the targets set by management on a monthly basis
• Set daily, weekly, monthly outreach plans
• Conduct extensive market research to understand all household trends and new innovations and product ranges introduced in the market
• Establish Connections and networks with various government and private trade entities to facilitate the onboarding of new accounts
• Attend Conferences, trade shows, events and other networking activities related to Household
• Work with different teams to understand market dynamics and operational challenges
• Responsible for expanding current household customer accounts by introducing new products
• Design and implement different tie-ups and cross-marketing activities with other divisions to help secure accounts
• Establish updated reliable databased of all hotels, restaurants and catering companies in the UAE and reach out to them on a regular basis
• Conduct detailed Competition analysis studies and identify weaknesses and threats
• Work with Business Development division to introduce new product categories to the UAE market
• Acquire full knowledge of all household products to help with product positioning and marketing


• Open to Indian, Iranian and Arabic
• Male/Female, 38 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or any relevant course
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience of household materials, tableware, kitchenware and tupperware in UAE
• At least 2 years of experience in outdoor sales with extensive client database in HORECA & Facility Management industries
• Can develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market
• Responsible for expanding current customer accounts by introducing new products
• Manages day-to-day progress of product marketing planning and execution
• Strong negotiation, presentation, customer service and IT Skills
• Excellent communication skills (Malayalam and Farsi will be an added advantage)
• With valid UAE driving license
• Can start immediately (1-month maximum)
• Work location: Dubai, UAE
• Salary is up to 10,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
