Job description / Role
Our client in Dubai is looking for a commercially minded GCC national to join them in their Private Bank. Working as a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for setting up a client referral network.
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for contacting various firms across the GCC to sign up to the Bank’s referral network.
• You will be responsible for the whole process of approaching the organisation and getting them to agree to refer their HNWI clients to the Bank.
• You will work to achievable targets and establish a network of referral companies across the GCC.
Requirements
Education & experience:
To be considered for this role you must:
• Have experience of working across the GCC and be familiar with the different nuances of doing business in different GCC countries;
• Have previous banking experience ideally in a similar role
• Ideally have a minimum of 8 years work experience in the banking industry;
• Be used to working to targets and have a proven track record of successfully generating revenue;
• A bachelor’s degree and ideally Master’s degree or MBA;
• Have experience of approaching mortgage advisors, law firms, accountancy firms and other service providers to sign up as referrers;
• Be completely fluent in English and Arabic.
• GCC nationals will be considered for this role.
