Job description / Role
Better Homes are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive for our Holiday Homes division. This is a fast paced and exciting role within a growing part our business, where your main objective is to generate leads and relationships with the purpose of maintaining high occupancy rates of our Holiday Homes portfolio.
You will receive a competitive salary and commission structure, along with standard benefits such as medical / life insurance, annual flight etc.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Initiate contact and meet with potential clients
- Develop and present proposals to new clients
- Maintain reports and databases
- Project forecasts and develop sales strategies
- Meet monthly targets
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Database software, internet etc.)
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English
- Attention to detail and good presentation skills
- Personal drive and initiative
- Able to work independently and without supervision
- UAE driving licence and car is essential
