Business Development Executive - Insurance

The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the insurance market and implementing innovative strategies to capture niche segments.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice to clients on selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their needs and financial objectives.
• Manage payment collection from clients in a timely manner to ensure financial transactions are executed smoothly.
• Create and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in insurance sales and sales management in UAE
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
