Business Development Executive (Recruitment)

The Role

This is a proactive, field-based business development role focused on generating new business opportunities through networking, client visits, and relationship building. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, winning new accounts, and developing long-term partnerships.

This is not a desk-bound role — we are looking for someone who thrives on getting out, meeting people, and building a strong local presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities within target markets
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
• Attend networking events, industry meetups, and business forums
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Negotiate terms of business and close deals
• Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Confident meeting clients face-to-face and presenting solutions
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially minded
• Full driving licence (if applicable)
