About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening partnerships across multiple industries. You’ll identify new business opportunities, nurture long?term relationships, and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver tailored staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HR teams, and hiring managers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and capability pitches.
• Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with recruiters to deliver effective solutions.
• Negotiate terms of business and ensure agreements align with company standards.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM/ATS systems.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility.
• Attend networking events, job fairs, and industry functions to generate leads.
• Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and performance updates to management.
• Contribute to team targets and support a collaborative, high?performance culture.
Requirements:

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management (recruitment industry experience is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship?building skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with decision?makers.
• Target?driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ATS systems is a plus.
