Job description / Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. Your innovative approach and proactive mindset will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.

• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the hospitality or real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and the confidence to engage with diverse clientele.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of the Dubai market and familiarity with holiday home regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 9,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
