Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for Business Development Executives who are competent in marketing the firm and our products to potential merchants as well as identifying and targeting potential clients.

• The Person will be responsible for the overall sales process from generating leads, attending meetings, closing and after-sales account management for his/her group.
• Undertake day-to-day sales tasks with diligence and without deviation.
• Achieve all the financial and non-financial goals in an assigned geographical area.
• Be updated on changes and issues that affect partners and ensure that they have access to this information on a timely basis.
• Support partners in their efforts and close new business deals by focusing on referrals.

AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Ensure that the sales leads generated are effectively utilized with high conversion rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and advise them on issues related to their business.
• Work closely with partners to understand their pain points, and effectively convey the company’s features and benefits to their needs to help promote sales.
• Reach out to partners frequently to create suitable offers for increasing customer base and create more visibility on our platform.
• Review industry trends and continuously anticipate future needs.
• Monitor the market and provide timely, accurate and effective feedback to the management.
• The BDE will be required to increase the sales of our existing product lineup as well as increase our projects portfolio.
