Seeking Dynamic and Self-Motivated Centre Manager

The company, a leading provider is searching for an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to work with our team in Dubai, UAE. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a new team, sales and marketing, and will report direct to the Managing Director.

The company, having completed two years in operation is expanding its reach and offers an outstanding platform for the right candidate to prove their ability and grow within the company to a regional level.

• Develop and execute sales strategy for all markets and products/services covered.
• Analyze, interpret, market and industry data in order to assess key industry areas.
• Monitor monthly sales progress for each product/service.
• Oversee month to month targets/revenues and financial performance
• Develop and maintain customer, broker and distributor relationships.
• Develop business to business relationships and promote the services/products through external agents.
• Develop ongoing marketing initiatives and plan on a month to month basis.
• Report monthly via given report templates
• Oversee HR and manage the on site team on a day to day basis.

Requirements

• Sales Management experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning, organization & time management skills.
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial ambition.
• 3+ years sales and/or supervisory experience.
• Preferably marketing experience.
• Be able to deal with working under strict deadlines.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Basic HTML preferable)
• A dedication to developing the company and brand during expansion phases on a global scale.
