Job description / Role
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in JLT for a start up in Construction Contracting company for residential building projects.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Worked with Real Estate Developers, Main Construction Contractors, Airports, Hotel developers or Government Authorities and must have contacts within.
- Send pre-qualification documents through for the construction license
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging their network
- Plan approaches and pitches, working with team to develop proposals that speaks to the potential opportunities needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management.
- At least having 5 or more years of experience in Business Development Manager role.
- Good Command of English and Arabic is a must.
