Our client is a leading Boutique Branding and Marketing firm in the UAE. For the past 14 years, they have created over 1200 brands and counting. They combine business strategy, design thinking, passion, fun and boundless enthusiasm to create solutions for their clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and closes business deals.
- Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients as per their requirements
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Work with internal colleagues to develop proposals which speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Requirements
- Proven background in Business Development of at least 3-5 yrs in the UAE
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence are key for a successful Business developer
- A Can-do attitude
- A positive and engaging personality
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills
- Must hold a full clean driving license
