Job description / Role
Looking for Business Development Manger to fit in the team who is expert in the ability to understand industries efficiently and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Responsible for marketing of both brands in terms of brand visibility and promoting new products in the Gulf region.
- Creating presentations and conducting training sessions with prospective as well as existing clients in order to make them understand the know how's of the products and adhere to all their queries.
- Responsible for checking the stock status for Smart Locks at the local warehouses on timely basis.
- Stay in regular correspondence with the principles for both brands at the head offices in Dubai.
- Making regular site visits on going projects and observing the possibility of supplying hardware for these projects
- Preparing the schedules of door hardware based on the floor plans and door details.
- Scheduling the door hardware requirements, based on the function of its rooms prepared on a basis of individual doors and on set by set arrangement.
- Preparing a lump sum quotation and other pertaining documents required by the contractor for bidding purposes and for consultant/ owner approval.
