Job description / Role
Objectives: Expertise in building & developing new client business within vertical market by pursing business opportunities with strategic targets in key industries and cultivating relationships with existing Clients, Engineers, Contractors & Vendors.
Main responsibilities:
- Seeking opportunities for business development within a defined area or sector.
- Liaising internally with other departments such as Finance, Project Management, Human Resources
- Managing project start-up contracts / agreements.
- Supporting new business proposal development tasks and activities; planning, initiating, executing & monitoring projects along time, cost & quality including technical (engineering) and technical coordination.
- Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems and most cost-effective plan/ schedule for completing the project.
Reporting to: CEO
Duration: Permanent position
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 15 years experience with a consultant firms
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Dedicated professional with excellent coordination and team leadership skills
- Budget management
