Business Development Manager - FinTech solutions
The role will be to develop and grow enterprise level new and existing customer relationships for innovative Ecommerce and Payment solutions. this is a regional role suitable for a strategic business development professional with an in depth understanding of the FinTech landscape and emerging payment solutions.

Description
- Assuming responsibility for reaching digital payment sales targets by identifying business development opportunities, preparing necessary materials and demos for presentations, getting right information for right proposals, ensuring involvement of the relevant stakeholders such as partners, solution architects, product managers
- Bearing responsibility for managing and monitoring the overall sales activities on behalf of Digital Solutions team including sales specialist and Manager of business development
- Contributing in the formulation and implementation of the overall business strategy by meeting business customer demands
- Continuously learn, apply and share technical and sales insights on payment solutions to increase business unit's ability to win priority sales initiatives
- Establishing and reinforcing a strong business relationship with customers throughout sales cycle
- Presenting regular sales pipeline, tracker reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
- Responsible to propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities in new areas
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering / computer Science or related subject
- Master on Business Administration / Marketing preferred
- Minimum of 7 years Experience in sales / business development in financial services over
- Expertise and experience in financial products , financial services markets particularly in digitalization of them.
- Ideally work experience in at least two of these banking/FinTech/operator payment solutions/ technology in payment solutions
- Work and cultural experience in GCC must
