Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with an incredible US Multi-National business with an incredible presence across the globe to assist in the recruitment of an outstanding Business Development Manager.
This role requires someone who is able to develop new markets within the Region, is able to generate new business from sales leads, has been involved in events/exhibitions and quite honestly has a positive attitude and truly enjoys business development/sales. You will be a team player, someone who enjoys being out of the office networking, loves smashing KPIs and is hungry to achieve success with an exceptional brand.
Requirements
Ideally you will be degree educated, have 2-4 years in a similar role with a multi-national organisation or have been exposed to the hospitality industry, interior decor, media or a similar industry as well as having exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will have a charismatic personality, strong negotiation skills and a genuine interest in sales/BD. Ideally the client is looking for someone western educated who is a Native English speaker and who is happy to travel as required.
