Job description / Role
The candidate will be working as a Business Development Manager, this role is split working between a Fit Out company and an MEP contractor. You will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager of the Fit Out company and also the General Manager or the MEP contractor.
Your responsibilities will be to work closely with the MEP consultants, architects, developers and real estate team to bring new business opportunities for commercial projects within the commercial sector. (office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, residential and educational fit out projects)
Requirements
• The candidate we are looking for needs to have excellent communication skills and must be motivated and enthusiastic to meet and prepare presentations using strong market skills.
• 3+ plus in the UAE as a Business Development Manager in turnkey interior fit out design and build and MEP projects
• Strong background in industry networking and cold calling
• Fluent in English
