Job description / Role
My client is a leading Fit-Out contactor in the GCC, they have an urgent positon for a Business Development Manager to work in Dubai
The successful candidate requires experience in High End projects in the UAE
This client is able to take on projects up to 15 million AED alone, so they require someone who is able to pitch and close deals with end clients from start to finish independently. Coming from a background of engineering and understands estimations, quotes and BOQ’s.
Requirements
Coming from a background of interior fit out or related industries such as real estate. As long as the candidates network has the right contacts
MUST have Design and Build background
Previous project experience, office, retail and F&B
MUST work on a Target orientated basis
