Job description / Role
Job Description – Business Development
• Bring premium restaurants / Caterers on board of makemymeal
• Negotiate contracts with our partner restaurants
• Build relationships with Restaurants / Caterers
• Complete Account Management from Cold Calling to End – to – End Account Management
• Delivery Tracking and Follow up with Partner Restaurants
• Gather restaurant / Caterer feedback, monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management
• Exceed volume sales and performance based goals while working independently
• Create a pipeline of leads for regular tracking and closure
• Browse online and offline sources for leads Sort leads according to their quality (A,B,C)
• Qualify the generated leads and label them as per the sales coverage report based on their location, delivery capacity, etc
• Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
• Sales Forecasting
• Familiarity with Geography and Restaurant Industry
Performance Targets
• Daily visits of Restaurants / Catering companies
• Minimum 10 proposals to be sent daily to the new prospects
• Daily 2 Sign Up at least. Average 50 Monthly Sign Ups.
• Feedback from existing partners. Call / meet them as reqired.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation & negotiation skills Pleasant personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
• Desire to achieve, high level of intrinsic motivation
• Ability to organize own schedule efficiently & work self-responsible
• Team player Interest for or good understanding of e-commerce & food market
• Keen interest and good understanding of building relationships with clients
• Candidate with Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
• Past sales working experience, internship or student association experience preuferred.
Requirements
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 4 years of hardcore sales experience
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Selling,
• Language Fluency: English, Hindi, Urdu
• Current Location: UAE
• Age Range: Maximum 35
