Job description / Role
They are expanding fast and are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to join the UAE team and to be based in Dubai. The suitably qualified candidate will be asked to prospect and sign new real estate brokerages, property developers and hotel apartment providers within the UAE.
The role will involve identifying suitable real estate companies and outlining the benefits of subscribing to one of the leading and fast growing real estate portal across the UAE, and achieving predetermined client acquisition and revenue targets.
The suitable applicant is expected to establish and grow strong relationships with professional real estate companies and grow the business across the entire Emirate. As a largely autonomous role, this position is suitable for mature sales professional candidates who possess excellent communication, presentation and time management skills. A competitive basic salary and generous bonus and commission structure is on offer for the right candidate.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Prospect for new real estate broker clients for our online and offline products to build client numbers and company revenues
- Provide client training to ensure efficient use of the service to achieve good ROI
- Providing performance regular reviews and performance reports to ensure maximum client retention
- Hit online and offline sales revenue targets
- Collect payment from clients
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be exceptionally well presented
- Be highly computer literate, adept at Excel and PowerPoint, and a highly online savvy
- Have at least 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in online media or property with a history of achieving sales target
- A valid UAE driving license and car is required
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
- A strong and proactive work ethic
- Adept in talking to key decision makers
- Assertive, influential and highly motivated
- Ambitious, Positive and committed attitude
- Ability to work in a target driven company such as ours
