Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting into the CEO, your job as a Business Development Manager is focused on securing new business in the UAE region. You'll be responding to sales leads and online signups, establishing their needs and ensuring the Meetupcall product and service offerings are an ideal fit for them. Then through a series of calls and remote demonstrations, you'll produce costings and secure new business, working alongside the Customer Support team to assist with onboardings.

As an organised BDM, you'll utilise the CRM to ensure customer account information is up to date whilst producing accurate and transparent weekly reports. Developing long lasting relationships with customers and gaining referrals will ensure you receive the most honest feedback to pass on to the Product team, helping to improve the service and the overall experience of our customers.

Responsibilities
• React timely to inbound leads and signups
• Follow the Meetupcall process to establish needs, requirements and qualify the fit of both the customer and our product
• Demonstrate the product and the value it brings
• Generate pricing and custom quotes as per the customer's needs
• Close leads through contract signing, both online and in person, producing the necessary documentation
• Work alongside the Customer Support team to onboard the customer
• Build and maintain relationships with accounts, adding value and being an essential contact to them
• Provide feedback to the Product/Customer teams in the UK from your customers and from your own use of the product
• Utilise your existing client base to generate referrals
• Keep the CRM up to date, ensuring accurate and efficient entry of all information
• Provide a weekly report to the CEO

Requirements

• Experience in sales essential, SaaS / software / telecoms desirable
• Good understanding of technology
• Good communication and customer engagement skills
• Good analytical skills and the ability to navigate creative pricing
• Self-starter and operator
• Reliable and conscientious, with a 'can do' attitude
• Flexible approach to ensure deals are closed
• Able to work with an international team via remote communications
• Fluent English essential, Arabic language desirable
• Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent experience
