Job description / Role
The hired candidate will become an Integral part of the Short term rentals team, tasked with growing the portfolio of listings.
- The will work closely with the Managing director to provide a local perspective to build a business strategy for future growth.
- Forge B2B relationships with large landlords and developers to secure bulk stock.
- Source individual landlords, especially in high end, core communities, for the department.
- Work with marketing to create engaging and effective marketing to attract landlords to Betterhomes short term rentals.
- Work with brokers to bring on appropriate Short term listings.
- Help implement new software into the business.
- Manage the Short terms rentals online accounts.
Requirements
- Have previously worked within Short term rentals.
- Have comprehensive knowledge in local short term rental regulations in line with The DTCM.
- Work with cross functioning teams to ensure seamless customer journey process.
- Assist in mentoring business development executives.
- Implement additional leasing methods to expand to a global network.
