Business Development Manager - PMC, Dubai

Our client is a specialist PMC based in Dubai. Due to continued growth they are looking to expand by growing their footprint across the UAE building market.

Role

· Create and maintain customer relationships
· First contact for existing and new customers
· Facilitate face to face customer meetings and maintain customer services
· Strengthen and grow established connections
· Produce sales related documentation including marketing
· Manage and track customer sales
· Maintain regular and appropriate communication with key contacts
· Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
· Meet monthly quotas
· Keep abreast of rival companies, competitive issues and industry appropriate matters

Requirements

Key Skills

· Technical understanding
· Experience in a client facing account management role
· Vast experience of the UAE construction & development market
· Experience of the tendering process in the UAE
· Able to work under pressure and in a busy environment
· Experience in building strong client relationships within a sales role
· Demonstrate work winning capabilities.
· Be able to lead/submit bids
· Existing relationships in place with a proven track record of revenue growth

Salary package is AED 25-35,000 per month depending on the experience of the candidate & what they can bring to the business. Attractive annual bonus scheme based on individual and company performance.
