Job description / Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Industrial Catering, F&B) for a Reputed Chain of hotels in Dubai:
Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales pipeline and drive business growth within Catering, F &B / Hospitality Industry.
- Direct the Fresh Market operations across all the region effectively through standard operating procedures
- Ensure sales are conducted within the agreed financial parameters
- Perform feasibility studies on locations that seem suitable for the Fresh Market, Setting measurable objectives for P&L, budgets, manpower planning etc.
- Develop the Fresh Market public profile and foster appropriate and productive relations -all related business sectors including governmental/non- governmental sectors
- Develop and direct all chains' operation and promotional activities, and monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaign

- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operation and development

- Sales Background in food products
- Full knowledge of the market, competitors and products

Requirements
Requirements:
- Must have 3 to 5 years UAE experience in Business Development mainly in Industrial Catering Hospitality/F&B
- Exceptional ability in meeting sales targets.
- Extensive experience in identifying new customers and negotiating deals.
- Experience in record keeping and managing sales contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience merchandising with major retailers.
- Valid UAE driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be available in UAE
Salary- AED 4000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
