Job description / Role
- To create and apply an effective sales strategy to maximize the company’s sales to hotels, restaurants and interior designers.
- Responsibilities
- Retention- and growth within existing accounts.
- Identifying market potential to establish new accounts
- Maximize volume and revenue by utilizing fact-based selling methods
- Activate local initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Develop and execute effective HORECA and interior design account-specific marketing & sales programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Candidates should have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in outdoor sales in UAE, preferably within the interior design-, furniture- or HORECA sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Existing network in interior design industry and/or hospitality industry.
- Focused and goal oriented.
- Strong communication-, interpersonal- and networking skills
- Advanced sales skills to create-, maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures
- Valid UAE driving license
