Employment: Full Time

The Business Development Manager is responsible for building strong brand recognition and financial growth across their allocated territory. Coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends and propose new business ideas to improve revenue growth and margins. Develop a pipeline within various verticals where leads can be nurtured through the sales cycle through self-developed lead generation initiatives.

Essential job functions:
• Directly drive revenue and gross profit by exceeding the financial goal of assigned partners and customers.
• Identify, create, and implement a comprehensive account strategy to develop new business and drive expansion growth with enterprise customers across your territory, including channel partners.
• Scope, negotiate and close enterprise contracts to exceed SMS Volumes' gross profit and revenue targets.
• Establish access and create positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision-makers (typically CX level)
• Apply your knowledge across a broad range of industries, market landscape, technology, product, and processes to educate prospective and current customers on the business value of SMSGlobal offerings and services
• Develop relationships with selected partners in your region to leverage their presence and database to drive new growth and penetration of SMS solutions in the market
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account intelligence in HubSpot, including regular forecasting of business opportunities.

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, and client records.
• Provide trustworthy advice and after-sales support.
• Develop and influence office staff into valuable salespeople
• Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
• Creating strategies to reach new business opportunities successfully.
• Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
• Maintain and develop relationships with current clients.
• Pitch products and solutions to new and existing clients.
• Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay updated with new trends.
• Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
• Possess a strong understanding of the company’s products, industry competition, and positioning.

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 24,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
