Business Development Manager

Inner Space is an award winning design & build firm, with 1000+ projects delivered over two decades.

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong client base and network in the commercial interior fit out industry. An individual with energy, passion and technical strength, who has the confidence to generate turnkey design - build leads and present design & commercial proposal directly to clients.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the candidate must be process oriented.

We provide industry leading incentive structure, for the candidates with a focus on financial and career growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience within commercial interior fit out industry consistently achieving sales target.
• Deep knowledge of interior design and the ability to independently engage with clients to understand requirements and make design and commercial presentations.
• Strong client relationship management, excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills, thorough knowledge of commercials and contracts.
• Ability to promptly collect all payments.
• Proven track record of independently growing market share and own client portfolio, including prominent consultants.
• Technical Knowledge/Experience in interior fit out and FF&E projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player.
• Eye for innovation & ability to think out of the box
• Drive to meet project deadlines
• Candidate should be within UAE and able to join immediately.
• Should have a valid UAE Driving License.
