Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A suitable candidate preferably has a degree in law, marketing, business or administration, has experience in the field of corporate services/business setup services in the UAE and is able to independently develop a solid customer base.

The Business Development Manager will be in the lead of all commercial activities of the company, driving sales and, over time, building a team of professionals.

The main tasks and responsibilities in this position will include:
- Presenting recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting a business in different zones in the UAE;
- Advising clients on the best-suited license type and suitable legal structure;
- Establishing companies in all UAE Free-Zones and Mainland;
- Assisting clients in administering the processing of their visas, permits, bank accounts, obtaining license approvals from different government departments in UAE (such as document clearing and assistance for labor, immigration and economic department issues);
- Planning, organizing and managing business proposals for clients;
- Management of a portfolio of existing and new clients;
- Identifying expansion opportunities in order to maximize client retention;
- Generating leads on a monthly basis;
- Developing a network of partnerships that will generate a revenue stream for the company;
- Monitoring periodic changes to government policies, laws, regulations, processes, requirements and their resulting impact on business needs.

AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- Being highly-driven and self-motivated;
- Flexibility and being capable of working in dynamic work environment;
- Trustworthiness, honesty and diligence.
