Job description / Role
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for one of the leading Interior Fit Out Contractors in the UAE. Our client delivers projects across a range of sectors however is particularly strong in commercial office fit out projects. The successful candidate will:
• Identify business opportunities to pursue and create business proposals of sustainable projects for Interiors Fit out to potential clients
• Generating sales, sell and negotiate prices, prepare contracts and close deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan.
• Responsible for managing the complete sales process of the business.
• Identify the client’s requirements and develop ways to improve their experience for Interiors Fit-out
• Ensure the site visits are being conducted
• Track projects where there will be the option to work as a supplier and/or contractor.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored.
Requirements
• UAE Driving License is a must
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with effective negotiation skills
• Strong background in cold/warm calling, industry networking, and referral marketing
• Must have worked in a high-revenue client acquisition role in the UAE.
• Strong communication abilities, including advanced presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power-Point
