Job description / Role

Employment: Contract

Main Responsibilities:
- Systematize and qualify new leads in the CRM;
- Negotiating and closing deals with customers in the MENA market;
- Pitching to potential customers online and at the events;
- Assisting clients with all related documentation

Subordinates: managed by Sales Director
Number required: 2
Duration: at least 1 year
Probation: 2 months, paid 2 week internship
Desired start date: 1/04/2023
Working Hours: 4-8 h per day
Travel requirements: 1-2 times in a 6 months travel insight Mena region


Strong communication skills: A sales representative must be able to effectively communicate with clients and customers to understand their needs and pitch products or services.

Sales experience: Prior experience in sales or a related field is often required. This can include experience in retail sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.

Persuasion skills: A sales representative should be able to persuade potential clients and customers to make a purchase.

Customer service skills: Good customer service skills are essential for maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers.

Organizational skills: A sales representative must be able to keep track of multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities at once.

Results-driven: A sales representative should be motivated by achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

Tech-savvy: A sales representative must be comfortable with using technology such as CRMs, email, and social media to reach out to potential clients and customers.

Flexibility: A sales representative must be able to adapt to changes in the market and adjust their sales approach accordingly.

Positive attitude: A positive and optimistic attitude can be infectious and help create a positive work environment.

Continuous learning: A sales representative must be willing to continuously learn and improve their skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and improve their performance.
