Business Development Manager

Job description / Role

As a Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for expanding sales in international markets. You need to find the right opportunities for the business to expand our product presence beyond our core market by researching market trends and developing partnerships with potential sales distributors.

Description

* Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
* Liaising with distributors and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
* Developing and implementing strategies to expand business in the country.
* Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Collaborating with distributors teams to deliver high-quality services to customers.

Requirements

The successful candidate would have

* 6-8 years of experience in a Sales role within the FMCG Food and Beverage industry
* Only candidates with experience tapping into emerging and international markets will be considered
* Proven track record of successfully liaising with overseas distributors
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed
