Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are urgently hiring a Business Development Manager. (Only with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes Business development).

• As a Business Development Manager, you would be the one setting strategies and actively finding the right way to get new properties (Short Team). A clear plan has to be shown how to attract numerous landlords each month.
• You will be responsible for adding properties to our portfolio by actively looking for new supplies through research, leadership development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Business development skills has to be extremely strong and self-initiative taking on closing deals too.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients interested in holiday homes. Present the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the properties to generate interest and secure bookings.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, such as online platforms, referrals, and databases. Utilize market research and data analysis to identify potential clients and target markets for holiday home rentals.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences for holiday accommodations. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to potential clients, tailored to their specific requirements and budgets. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate rental terms, rates, and contract terms with potential clients. Follow up on leads and secure bookings by effectively conveying the value proposition of the holiday homes. Close sales and complete necessary documentation.
• Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors' activities. Identify potential gaps in the market and propose strategies to capture a larger share of the holiday home rental market.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in a CRM system or sales database. Prepare regular sales reports, including revenue projections, conversion rates, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Must be an Arabic speaker
• French speakers will hold the advantage.
• Great pay opportunities along with commissions.

• Business Development: 5 years (Required)
• Holiday Homes Sale: 2 years (Required)
