Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local market.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve targets and expand our presence in the Dubai market.
• Identify and target potential clients across various industries, including but not limited to Hospitality, FNB, Banking, Education, Real Estate, construction, Tourism, Retail, IT, Healthcare, and the Government sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
• Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions and excellent client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term partnerships.
• Track, monitor, and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to recruitment and staffing.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales roles, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai market, business landscape, and key industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel within Dubai as needed.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
